To that end, and before we get all the way to the end of the month, we thought we'd share some of our favorite grilling-related tips & recipes.

  • Wash your hands
  • Keep food cold until you are ready to put on the grill
  • Don’t mix raw and cooked foods
  • Keep hot food warm to at least 140 degrees Fahrenheit until ready to be eaten or placed in a cooler or fridge
